Online Yoga Retreat with Janet Stone

We are honored to offer you a beautiful online program with internationally renowned yoga teacher Janet Stone. Based in San Francisco, Janet has been offering her intensive, alignment-based vinyasa classes combined with bhakti and the philosophy of yoga for the past decades. You can join her for this 3-day event from the comfort and safety of your own home where you can take the pre-recorded classes at the time that suits you and join at set times for the live classes. The live classes are scheduled at the perfect time for those in a European time-zone.

The Online Retreat

During these three days, we'll gather (virtually), for a moment to unwind and reconnect. This will be a time for deep reflection, nourishment, building strength, power of surrender and gift of discernment. Together, we will move through this course as a global community. With practices designed to unwind, enliven and rest, the weekend will support you in integrating all that is going on in the world and finding your own center of calm amidst it. Now more than ever our practice and the community we share it with is here to support us and allow us to grow from whatever is coming our way.

Retreat Structure

Pre-recorded sessions:

The daily program offers you meditation, pranayama, mantra, and asana for each theme. These are pre-recorded, and you can practice any time during the day that works for you. 
 

Live Sessions:

Live meet-ups + music on Friday and Sunday 6:00 - 7:30 pm (GMT+2)
Janet's Live virtual practice on Saturday 6:00 - 7:30 pm (GMT+2)


Daily journal prompts
Encouragement for self-nurturing throughout the weekend: set down your devices for a half-day, take a bath, a nap, a walk, or do a creative activity.

Janet Stone

Janet Stone’s studentship began at the age of  17 under the meditation teachings of Prem Rawat. His reverence for simplicity and finding joy in the rise and fall of life live on in her practice and teaching today. She shares from the alchemy of her own sadhana through bhakti yoga and the eight-limbed path.

In 1996, she traveled to India, the birthplace of her grandfather, and became dedicated to the path of yoga. Based in Bali and San Francisco, she leads immersions, retreats, workshops and more.

What you will need:

  • Space to roll out a yoga mat (and privacy if possible)

  • Your yoga mat and any props you love to have (none are required, but support is so welcomed)

  • An Internet connection and a device for part of the da

  • A journal



Logistics:

The retreat will be offered via Global Flow. You will receive a link to access the retreat material a few days prior to the start of the retreat.


Schedule for the live sessions:
Daily 6:00 - 7:30 pm (GMT+2, Amsterdam time)
These will be recorded if you cannot join live.
After the weekend, you have ongoing access to the practices and live discussions.
