Steffi Grube is a yoga teacher, coach, and author. She is the co-founder and owner of the yoga studio This is Holy in Cologne.
Katonah Yoga is one of her biggest passions and she teaches the material in classes, workshops, and on retreats. Steffi teaches yoga since 2009. She still finds magic in combining body, mind, and soul on a daily basis in her personal practices and her teachings.

This is also what inspired her to become a coach. In her online programs, she focuses on establishing healthy daily rituals that help you to keep your vibes high. As an author, she writes and speaks on radio features.
