Are you ready to get serious about your inversions? Patrick beach is coming back to Amsterdam for a 4-day intensive teaching is signature training 'Awakened Inversions'. During the course of 4 days, Patrick will teach you the building blocks that not only allow you to progress in your practice, but also to keep your inversions safe.
Patrick is one of our regular teachers, returning for the 3rd year. And with reason! We love his kindness and lighthearted teaching style, his knowledge of functional movement and creativity in his approach. Whether you are relatively new to yoga, or an advanced practitioner, you will always leave with new knowledge, insights, and physical integration.

The Intensive
A journey into the flying side of the Yoga practice. All of the why’s, why not's, and how to’s are necessary for an inversion practice. In this training, you will not only build a new level of comfort in your own inversion practice but walk away with the tools needed to safely share the joy of going upside down with your students.
We will explore two paths in this training - the path of liberating your own practice through the physical efforts needed to build your inversion practice and a path of manifestation - a study of the ideas, alignment, safety techniques, communication skills, and developing a keen eye for looking at bodies to share this knowledge with others. This training will create a shift in your body, mind, and spirit.
All levels are welcome to join and a previous 200hr certificate is not required, but please come willing to be an active participant.

Patrick Beach
Patrick Beach is the creator of Awakening Yoga, a vigorous and fluid vinyasa yoga practice that builds strength, creates flexibility and inspires play. Patrick’s teaching goes beyond intelligent alignment; moving any willing student to an introspective, holistic experience. Location
We will gather in the stunning Vondel church, located right at the entrance of the famous Vondelpark. Located in a beautiful part of town the Vondelchurch, designed by Cuypers, is easy to get to with public transportation.
The church offers unique gothic architecture, colorful wall and ceiling paintings and a cozy atmosphere.
Combined with a group of yogis and an amazing teaching magic happens here!
