The Masterclass: Jump In!
“Move from the periphery to the core” is a principle of practice that develops a profound connection to the philosophy of yoga. It is a way of moving that takes us from the outer layers of the physical body toward the innermost layer of our essence. From that which is seen to that which is unseen.
In this Iyengar vinyasa sequence, “jumpings” are given to build stamina, develop quickness and agility, sharpen attention and create lightness. This dynamic, rhythmic and well- rounded vinyasa practice will systematically engage, challenge and penetrate the layers of the body inspiring an expanded and blissful state of awareness.
Nikki Costello
Nikki Costello is a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher (CIYT) and a Certified Yoga Therapist (IAYT) For 25 years, her teaching has been influenced by annual trips to India, the study of philosophical and scriptural texts and a daily practice of meditation.
In 2013, Nikki was a contributing editor at Yoga Journal, writing the magazine’s “Basics Column” and in 2016, she was named one of the 100 Most Influential Teachers in America. Nikki is recognized as a thought leader in the global yoga community and shares her wisdom and expertise in yoga and meditation retreats around the world.

We are gathering at the beautiful St. Laurentius church owned by YogaToday Church in Amsterdam-Weesp, only a 15-minute train ride from Amsterdam Central Station. The stunning church is transformed into a fully equipped yoga studio, offering you all the comfort you need for this training. During your lunch break, you can have a stroll along the picturesque canals in Weesp. There are different lunch options and stores, or you can enjoy the weather sitting on one of the terraces by the water.
