Global Flow processes your personal data because you use our website and/or because you provide your contact details yourself. Below is an overview of the personal data we process:

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years. Unless they have permission from parents or guardians. However, we can not check if a visitor is older than 16. We encourage parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data about children being collected without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal information about a minor without this consent, please contact us via info@globalflow.org, then we will delete this information.
For what purpose and on what basis we process personal data Global Flow processes your personal data through Wix.com (website hosting platform) and in case you book one of our events, your details are processed through Retreat Guru (online booking platform). Global Flow collects your data for the following purposes:
Delivery of Services & Administration:
Global Flow collects your personal data if you are registering for a Workshop/Intensive, Retreat, or Teacher Training, in order to keep a file of its participants, for sending payment requests and confirmations, further information regarding the event you have registered for, and for the administration of the bookings. Global Flow is careful while collecting this data and will always comply with the applicable Data Protection.
Newsletter
Global Flow will only use the personal data as mentioned above to keep you informed about Global Flow’s activities in case you specifically signed up for the newsletter through the website, or indicated on the booking form that you like to receive the newsletter by checking the appropriate box. If you don't want to receive any communication from Global Flow, you can opt-out by clicking on the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of each newsletter or sending an e-mail to info@globalflow.org
Analytics & Advertisement
Global Flow collects personal data to better direct advertisements via Facebook and Google. The data of your browse behavior on our website is also used for Google Analytics, allowing us to optimize our website and make it as user-friendly and relevant as possible.
Global Flow also processes personal data if we are legally obliged to do so, such as information that we need for your invoice and our administration.
